Services may renew automatically on the selected billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize Realm Games Hosting to collect payment using the payment method on file for renewals and outstanding balances.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel future renewals through the client area or support channel, but cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for charges already processed.

9. Backups and data
Customers are responsible for maintaining their own backups unless a managed backup service is explicitly included in the purchased plan. Realm Games Hosting is not liable for data loss, corruption, or restoration delays.
